SOCK IT TO 'EM is the name of our annual mailing in August in which funds are sought to help support OPERATION SCHOOL BELL^®, a nationally recognized philanthropic program of the ASSISTANCE LEAGUE of Kansas City.

Through the generosity of over 350 donors each year, OPERATION SCHOOL BELL^® provides new clothing to needy school children in the Northland. Children are recommended by school officials and with the aid of chapter members, shop for two complete outfits, a hat, gloves, underwear and SOCKS.

Since beginning this program in 1992, over 1700 children each year have been clothed through OPERATION SCHOOL BELL^®. A donation of $75 will completely clothe one child.
